Manage, optimize, and report paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit). Lead client conversations, mentor junior team members, apply AI tools to improve workflows, collaborate with search/programmatic/analytics teams, and contribute to business development while aligning campaign work to client objectives and budgets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Paid Social Senior Associate to join our growing media team. This person will own the day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns while beginning to connect workstreams to broader project and client goals. You'll lead productive client conversations, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development — bridging hands-on campaign work with emerging leadership responsibilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY- Own the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit, supporting B2B and B2C objectives such as brand building, site traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Achieve excellence in individual work products — planning, setup, optimization, reporting, analysis, and budget management — while connecting your work to overall project strategy and client business objectives.
- Lead clear, productive conversations with clients and deliver compelling inputs to both internal and client discussions.
- Prioritize tasks, manage assigned workstreams, and raise scope or timing challenges to leadership as needed. Move work forward confidently even when navigating ambiguity.
- Apply AI tools throughout your workflow to improve the quality of insights and deliverables. Use AI to enhance structure, speed, and clarity across team workstreams.
- Collaborate across Media and Prophet — including paid search, programmatic, and analytics teams. Proactively seek input and feedback from colleagues and leadership.
- Support and mentor junior team members through teaching and feedback. Start to become a go-to resource on your assigned accounts.
- Stay current with industry trends and platform updates. Factor external and industry dynamics into your work. Bring a growing strategic POV that connects paid social execution back to client business goals.
- Support firm development by participating in business development opportunities, recruiting, and internal initiatives (ERGs, Prophet Impact, etc.) as bandwidth allows.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid social, digital media, or performance marketing in an agency or equivalent environment. B2B experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage paid social campaigns end-to-end across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit. Platform certifications are a plus.
- Experience working across or alongside other digital channels such as paid search, programmatic, or retail media is a plus.
- Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance analysis, output quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing conversations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with an emerging ability to mentor and coach others.
- Location: Austin, Atlanta, or Chicago (Hybrid working model: 3+ full days in office/at client site)
Salary: $70,000 - 95,000
