This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a paralegal, as well as proficiency in using DocuSign. Experience with the Ontario justice system is a plus.


Responsibilities:


- Assist with filling out legal forms and documents accurately and efficiently


- Prepare documents for electronic signature using DocuSign


- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation as needed


- File legal documents in the courthouse or with relevant authorities


- Communicate with clients and other team members as necessary


- Utilize knowledge of the Ontario justice system to provide support and assistance as needed


Requirements:


- Proven experience working as a paralegal


- Experience using DocuSign or similar electronic signature software


- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks


- Excellent communication and organizational skills


- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively


- Familiarity with the Ontario justice system is a plus
