*** This position is part time with no more than 30 hours per week.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Billing Specialist I to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing processes, maintaining workflow consistency, and fostering effective communication with service providers and internal team members
Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming invoices and related documentation from EMS, FastTrax, or NextWorld systems and email submissions.
  • Respond to Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and assist with overflow calls.
  • Communicate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
  • Index invoices into the workflow system and ensure proper event assignment.
  • Maintain organized and timely processing of invoices to meet deadlines.
  • Project a positive and professional image of FleetNet America when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.

Qualifications
Minimum
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including fast typing, accurate data entry, word processing, and email management
  • Ability to multitask effectively, including talking and typing simultaneously

Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $0.00 - $0.00/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
