Pariveda is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations in our Chicago office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a professional office environment.

You Can Expect To:

As an Office Assistant, you can expect to:

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination

  • Assist with time and expense submissions for leadership

  • Greet visitors and serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for the office

  • Maintain office supply and snack inventory and restock as needed

  • Facilitate promotion boards and candidate interviews

  • Help keep the office organized and running smoothly

  • Check and distribute incoming mail and deliveries

  • Order food for office meetings and events as needed

  • Assist with basic technology support and troubleshooting

  • Assist with facilities and building support, including coordination with vendors or building management

  • Assist with local event planning, coordination and execution

  • Support office leadership with general administrative tasks

We Look For:

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems

  • Friendly and approachable

  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality

  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

Work Schedule:

  • This role requires working onsite 3 days per week

  • 6-7 hours per day, 3 days a week
