Edelman is a voice synonymous with trust, reimagining a future where the currency of communication is action. Our culture thrives on three promises: boldness is possibility, empathy is progress, and curiosity is momentum.

We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.

Edelman’s continued evolution as the leading communications agency will require partnerships with leading technology companies that leverage data and AI to transform its own and its client’s businesses. To achieve this vision, Edelman is building an ecosystem of technology vendors and strategic partners to accelerate and amplify business impact.

The Partner Development Lead is a key role within Edelman’s AI & Product Team. The Partner Development Lead sits on the AI Ecosystem Team and reports to SVP of Ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day partner relationships across Edelman's network of strategic AI partnerships and key technology vendors, serving as a primary point of contact and partner advocate.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize long-term, complex initiatives with Edelman’s AI partners, across product integrations, joint-GTM activities, and unique business offerings.
  • Lead the development, execution, and tracking of partnership success metrics, to measure the impact of our partnerships.
  • Communicate and evangelize partner updates and initiatives for internal and external audiences, including executive updates, partner briefings, and partnership documentation.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new AI technology partners, ensuring a smooth and successful ramp-up.
  • Work with Edelman’s Enablement and Transformation teams to ensure successful awareness and adoption of partners’ capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, account management, or a related strategic external-facing role
  • Experience in B2B tech environments or professional services / agency organizations
  • Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and experience working with technology partners, particularly in SaaS, cloud platforms, or emerging tech
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including use of project management tools
