Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Partner Enablement Manager to train, enable, ready and certify Delivery and Implementation Partners. Under the supervision of the Director of Professional Services Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing the Professional Services partner enablement strategy that will include curating the right learning and training content, delivery (through expert speakers) of this content via online, webinars and hands-on learning sessions, and ensuring partners are certified and up to date with our products and services. This role will collaborate with our partners, our professional services team, our sales enablement team, our product management team, and product marketing team. This position will be 100% in office, and located in Atlanta or Chicago. Preference will be given to candidates in Chicago.

Responsibilities:
  • Enablement Strategy & Program Design: Develop and implement 30-60-90 day onboarding, certification frameworks, and continuous learning paths to keep partners updated on product roadmaps.

  • Resource & Content Creation: Develop and maintain a repository of partner-ready content, including case studies, technical documentation, and co-branded marketing materials that can be used to respond to RFX’s

  • Onboarding & Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training through webinars, workshops, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to accelerate partner ramp time.

  • Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs, track partner engagement, analyze certification rates, and utilize data to identify bottlenecks, providing recommendations to improve ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate internal capabilities into actionable partner sales plays and implementation guidance.

  • Top-notch organizational skills to keep partners up to date and on track. Exceptional communication abilities, enabling them to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical partners.

  • Technical proficiency, guiding partners on integration, onboarding, and usage, ultimately reducing friction and improving partners’ selling ability.

  • A highly cross-functional mindset, ensuring partners get the latest and greatest information from everywhere in the business.

  • Analytical skills, which help them monitor partner performance and spot areas for enablement improvement or opportunity.

  • Adaptability, they’re used to working in a fast-changing environment and can pivot quickly based on market or company shifts.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA

  • 4-7+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, professional services enablement, or a similar role in a SaaS/tech environment.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver live or virtual training sessions and workshops for external audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including LMS (Learning Management Systems) and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations required

  • Strong PC knowledge including proficiency in Excel preferred

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence

Compensation:

Chicago, IL: $100,000 - $150,000

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
