About the Role :
We are seeking a senior, revenue-driven Partner Manager to own and grow our strategic resale partnership with Five9 across North America.This is a quota-carrying, field-facing individual contributor role responsible for driving sourced and influenced revenue through the Five9 ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings direct Five9 experience, strong field alignment skills, and a proven ability to translate alliance strategy into measurable pipeline and closed revenue.This role is critical to scaling our Five9 resale motion and will serve as the blueprint for future ISV resale partnerships.
What You’ll Own :
Revenue growth through the Five9 resale partnership
Sourced and influenced pipeline generation
Field alignment with Five9 regional sales teams
Executive relationship management
Deal registration discipline and joint forecasting
Enablement and activation of Five9 AEs & ADs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
Carry a quota tied to Five9 resale revenue
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Lead joint account planning across strategic territories
Maintain accurate forecasting of Five9-related opportunities
Ensure deal registration process compliance and visibility
- Field Alignment & Execution
Embed with Five9 regional sales leadership and RVPs
Conduct recurring pipeline syncs with Five9 AEs
Identify whitespace opportunities within target accounts
Facilitate joint selling motions between internal sales and Five9 field teams
- Executive Relationship Management
Build relationships with Five9 VP and senior leadership stakeholders
Participate in executive business reviews (QBRs)
Align on GTM priorities, pipeline strategy, and expansion plans
- Enablement & Program Activation
Deliver enablement sessions to Five9 sales teams
Partner with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and regional events
Drive awareness of product releases, integrations, and success stories
Identify opportunities to mature and scale the resale program
Day-to-Day Expectations:
- Weekly pipeline reviews with Five9 regional sales teams
- Ongoing engagement with Five9 AEs and overlay teams
- Proactive outreach into key Five9 accounts
- Close coordination with internal AEs on joint deals
- CRM accuracy and reporting on sourced/influenced revenue
- Field travel for key meetings, SKOs, and QBRs as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in channel, alliances, or field sales within SaaS
- Direct experience working with Five9 (required)
- Strong understanding of resale/ISV partner motions
- Experience carrying a revenue quota
- Executive presence and field credibility
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and close revenue through a partner
- Background in CCaaS, contact center, or CX technology strongly preferred
