With over 1,500 customers, 92% retention, and $225+ billion in treasury movement annually, OSV helps organizations maximize their Workday investment and operate it with confidence. Payroll, benefits, and finance solutions — all in one place.

About the Role
OSV's Global Strategic Alliances & Partnerships team manages an ecosystem of 120+ partners that influence a significant share of sales opportunities. We're looking for a Partner Manager to act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of partners — building fluency in their platforms and go-to-market motions, evangelizing OSV's capabilities internally and externally, and driving the operational rigor that keeps the co-sell pipeline moving.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You'll be the person partners and internal stakeholders call first — running the cadence, tracking the metrics, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.   This role reports to the VP, Global Strategic Alliances & Partnerships and involves approximately 20% travel.

What You'll Do

·        Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of strategic and referral partners, building relationships across partner sales, and leadership teams

·        Develop deep fluency in partner products, services, and go-to-market motions; evangelize OSV's capabilities with partner sales teams and internal GTM stakeholders

·        Co-facilitate partner meetings and lead partner calls, including agenda development, materials preparation, and report-outs to partnership leadership teams

·        Own the partner opportunity management process — maintaining PRM entries, tracking and reporting on co-sell pipeline and partner-influenced revenue

·        Use partner relationships to uncover new sales opportunities; partner with OSV sales leadership to develop pipeline across the ecosystem

·        Connect partner sales teams with the right OSV stakeholders for specific client opportunities

·        Collect and centrally maintain partner-facing materials (qualifications, proposals, enablement content)

·        Build internal relationships across OSV sales, marketing, and legal to support partner-driven sales cycles

·        Provide recommendations to leadership on partner program improvements

·        Represent OSV at partner events, summits, and site visits (~20% travel)

What You Bring

·        5+ years' experience in partner management, channel management, or alliance operations, with an emphasis on relationship-building and business development

·        Required: hands-on experience across multiple HCM/ERP ecosystems — Workday, UKG, and SAP SuccessFactors (or similar platforms)

·        Required: experience with partner management platforms such as Salesforce PRM and Crossbeam

·        Exceptional relationship-building skills — able to establish rapport, trust, and confidence with partner teams

·        Balance a project management and sales mindset — process-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment all in the efforts to support opportunity closing

·        Demonstrated success operating in a growing orgqnization

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent OSV's voice externally

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·        Self-starter who takes initiative and interacts confidently with all levels of management

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

·        Willingness to travel approximately 20% for partner events and meetings

Preferred

·        Bachelor's degree

·        Experience supporting partner marketing or content initiatives

·        Familiarity with co-sell motions and creative incentive structures
