About Business Financial GroupBusiness Financial Group (BFG) is a U.S.-based financial services organization providing integrated accounting, tax, payroll, financial management, and advisory solutions to businesses.
As part of our next stage of growth, BFG is developing a nationwide professional partner network across the United States. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and execution-oriented Partner Network Development Manager to build and manage this initiative.
This is a U.S.-facing, leadership-track role for an execution-oriented professional who can combine business development, relationship management, project management, process development, technology, and team leadership.
You will be responsible for helping BFG build five professional partner networks:
- CPA Partners
- Fractional CFO Partners
- Bookkeeper / Client Financial Manager (CFM) Partners
- Tax Professional / Enrolled Agent (EA) Partners
- Sales Professional Partners
The long-term objective is to develop approximately 100 qualified partners in each category, creating a network of approximately 500 qualified professional and business-development partners.
During the initial stage, you will work directly with BFG leadership to build the systems, processes, workflows, and relationships required to scale the program. As the network grows, you will have the opportunity to recruit and manage specialized Partner Managers for each partner group and progress toward Head of Partner Network Operations.
1. Build the BFG Partner Network
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, qualify, recruit, onboard, activate, and retain professional partners throughout the United States.
- Conduct prospect research and outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, webinars, professional networks, and other appropriate channels.
- Conduct and coordinate professional discovery meetings with prospective partners.
- Develop long-term relationships with CPAs, CFOs, accounting professionals, tax professionals, business owners, and sales professionals.
2. Build the Partner Management System
Help establish and continuously improve BFG's partner-management infrastructure, including:
- Partner qualification standards
- CRM pipelines and partner records
- Outreach procedures
- Discovery and qualification workflows
- Partner agreements and documentation
- Onboarding processes
- Training coordination
- Partner communications
- Referral and opportunity tracking
- BFG-to-partner assignment workflows
- Compensation and revenue-share tracking
- Partner performance reporting
- Partner retention and relationship-management procedures
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
You will not simply work within an existing system—you will help build the system.
3. Own Projects From Instruction to Completion
This is a critical requirement of the position.
You should be able to receive an objective or instruction, understand it, document it properly, and take ownership of execution without requiring repeated reminders.
Our expected execution cycle is:
Listen → Document → Organize → Plan → Assign → Set Target Dates → Follow Up → Resolve Problems → Complete → Report
You will be expected to maintain accurate notes, create action items, establish realistic target dates, follow up proactively, identify delays before deadlines are missed, and escalate issues when management involvement is genuinely required.
We value people who take ownership of outcomes.
4. Use AI as a Daily Management Tool
BFG is building an AI-enabled organization. You should be comfortable using modern AI and productivity technology to improve your work.
AI may be used for:
- Meeting notes and summaries
- Action-item extraction
- Project planning
- Research and partner research
- SOP development
- Draft communications
- Follow-up planning
- Meeting preparation
- Reporting and analysis
- Organizing information and documentation
Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Zoho AI, or similar technologies is preferred. You do not need to be a software developer, but you must be comfortable learning and using technology.
5. Develop and Lead the Future Partner Management Team
As the network grows, this position is expected to develop into a leadership role.
You should have the ability to:
- Recruit and train team members
- Delegate responsibilities
- Establish KPIs
- Coach team members
- Monitor performance
- Hold team members accountable
The future Partner Network Operations team is expected to include specialized managers supporting CPA, Fractional CFO, Bookkeeper/CFM, Tax Professional/EA, and Sales Professional partner groups.
During the initial 90 days, you will work with BFG leadership to:
- Understand the BFG business and Partner Network model
- Establish partner profiles and qualification criteria
- Build the partner-development project plan
- Establish the partner CRM pipeline
- Develop research and prospecting procedures
- Establish outreach and follow-up processes
- Develop discovery and qualification workflows
- Coordinate agreements and onboarding procedures
- Establish partner training and communication processes
- Develop performance dashboards and management reporting
- Document repeatable SOPs
- Begin building the founding partner network
The initial planning objective is approximately 5 qualified founding partners from each of the 5 partner groups—about 25 founding partners during the first 90 days. Partner quality and fit are more important than simply achieving a numerical target.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, B2B relationship management, account management, or professional services.

- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
- MBA/PGDM is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience working with U.S. companies, U.S. clients, professional-services firms, accounting/financial-services organizations, outsourcing companies, BPOs, SaaS companies, consulting firms, or staffing organizations is particularly valuable.

- Comfortable with technology and AI
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Able to turn ideas into structured projects
- Comfortable asking questions when clarification is genuinely needed
- Capable of solving problems independently
- Consistent about deadlines and follow-up
- Interested in building a department rather than simply filling an existing position
We prefer candidates who can demonstrate that they have built a team, process, program, business-development channel, or operating function, rather than only worked within systems created by others.
Performance will be evaluated across:
- Network Growth: Qualified partner growth
- Activation: Partner onboarding and activation
- Commercial Impact: Partner-sourced opportunities and revenue contribution
- BFG Assignments: BFG-generated assignments successfully coordinated with partners

Break: 5:30 PM–6:30 PM IST
Because this is a U.S.-facing role, regular communication with U.S.-based professionals and BFG management is required. Occasional scheduling flexibility may be required for important partner meetings, webinars, or management discussions.
