Own the full-cycle B2B partner sales process for MSPs, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Enable, activate, and grow partners through training, co-selling, commercial planning, use-case development, and adoption initiatives. Manage pipeline, drive monthly license sales, conduct tailored AI platform demonstrations, track partner performance, and provide market feedback to Product and Leadership. The role requires consultative enterprise software sales, partner ecosystem expertise, hands-on AI workflow configuration, and strong facilitation skills.
About us
At Goodweek, we're building a next-generation AI tool designed to revolutionize business productivity. We are focusing on delivering a secure, scalable, and reliable system that supports real business use cases across different departments. The goal is to make AI practical, controlled, and truly embedded in how modern organizations operate.
Goodweek is a partner-led AI Management Platform, built exclusively for our Partners: Distributors and MSPs (Managed Service Providers), who deploy it to their own clients. We give MSPs and Distributors a secure, governed, multi-model AI workspace with 40+ bidirectional integrations, SOC 2 certification, GDPR compliance, and 100% tenant isolation: the platform infrastructure they need to turn AI from a SKU they resell into a packaged, recurring service line they admin, bill, and support.
Our team spans across France, Spain, and the United States, and our vision is backed by 6 international investment funds.
The role
You will play a hands-on, critical role in driving partner sales and manage the Enablement, Activation, and Growth phases for our MSP partners. You will run the training meetings during Enablement, drive the partner through Activation (commercial plan, co-selling, use-case development), and help drive their growth, where they've become self-sufficient in their sales process.
This position requires a strong blend of hands-on execution, B2B Software sales acumen, culture-first leadership, and hands-on-engagement to build pipeline, drive software activation, and deliver mutual value across our partner ecosystem.
You'll manage several MSPs at the same time, follow the playbooks our team is developing, and share your insights and feedback from working directly with partners with the Goodweek team.
Responsibilities
We're hiring our second Account Executive to help build the next stage of our sales organization in the US market.
This is a true full-cycle role. You'll own prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demos, follow-up, negotiation, and close.
* Acquisition: identify, prospect, build meaningful pipeline through cold call, emails, referrals, trade shows events, paid marketing, social media.
* Enablement: execute the full training sequence with your MSPs: Admin Training on Product (Spaces, Actions, Knowledge Bases, Admin Dashboard, integrations), MSP Staff Training on Product, MIP program and others. You'll have support from the Co-seller AE, but you'll own your pipeline and your number.
* Activation: Build the commercial plan, co-sell into the partner's first end clients, and develop use cases for their book of business.
* Growth: Bring partners to self-sufficiency and continue to manage the relationship going forward.
* End-client functional leader discovery: Co-run discovery sessions with the MSP and their end clients' functional leaders - Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing. Turn 'we should try AI' into 'here's the Action you can ship later this week.'
* Adoption: Drive end-user adoption per MSP toward the annual goal.
* Template execution: Use, adapt, and help create the central Goodweek template library.
* Responsible for driving monthly incremental license sales with signed MSPs.
Day-to-day
* Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through.
* Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, learning their needs and demonstrating how our AI-management platform can meet their objectives.
* Run Goodweek discovery and demos tailored to the end-customer’s actual workflows and priorities.
* Be the Subject Matter Expert in AI tools and workflow development to lead Admin Training, MIP Workshops, and Sales/Marketing Hub training meetings.
* Build the commercial plan with each partner and co-sell into the first End Clients during Activation.
* Roll out starter packs, sign partners to growth packs, and arm them with collateral.
* Track time-to-live, seats activated, and adoption rate for every MSP and end client in your book.
* Bring field insight back: collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities.
* Analyze Partners Sales results and contribute to case studies and end-client success stories.
* Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue goals and key performance metrics.
* Maintain accurate records of pipeline and account activity using CRM tools.
Requirements
* A self-starter who can operate in fast-paced environment and knock down walls to get deals done.
* Strong background in Partner Sales, Partner Management, Channel Sales, Enterprise Software Sales, or Strategy Consulting.
* 5+ years of experience in prospecting and closing B2B leads, driving adoption of emerging technologies with a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding indirect sales quotas, joint pipeline goals, and facilitating co-sell motions.
* Collaborative Skills: good presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rally cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
* Hands-on configuration experience: you're comfortable inside an admin console.
* Strong discovery and facilitation skills: you can walk a Head of HR or a CFO from 'AI is interesting' to a real use case in 45 minutes.
* Operator mindset: you'll be running multiple onboardings in parallel.
* AI in your daily work: you will use Goodweek and other AI tools every day in your own workflow for research, drafting, prep, follow-up, to optimize your output and efficiency. You treat continuous learning with AI as part of the job, not a side project. We expect you to live the practice you’re selling.
* Comfort with multi-model AI: you don't need to be a prompt engineer; you do need to be confident building and tweaking Actions.
Nice-To-Have
* Experience selling into global cloud commerce marketplace and technology distributor firms.
* Ecosystem Understanding: practical B2B SaaS expertise in how SIs, MSPs, and Hyperscalers co-sell and deliver enterprise value.
* Past life at an MSP, or a B2B SaaS company that sold through channel.
* Experience helping build an early-stage sales motion.
* Have participated in a customer onboarding or training program at scale.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams independently and deliver results.
* Genuine curiosity about AI and how it is reshaping small and medium-sized organizations
