About Prepared

911 is the backbone of American public safety…but, for too long, the professionals that dedicate their lives to answering our calls have been let down by the technology that serves them. Our mission is to change that.

We aim to ensure that every emergency receives a perfect response; a bold vision requires bold action from our team, working hand-in-hand with the professionals we serve.

Since the public launch of our first public safety product in the fall of 2021, our technology has helped streamline millions of 911 calls in communities around the country. We’ve revolutionized what’s possible in emergency response by applying cutting-edge AI to the most critical challenges facing first responders. Our partners span 49 states and collectively protect more than 90 million people.

Backed by more than $130 million in funding led from investors like General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, and First Round Capital, we're scaling rapidly to become a core component of emergency calls nationwide, driving the future of emergency response toward a safer, more agile system.

At Prepared, you’re not simply part of a team — you’re a key force in a mission that truly matters. Your contributions here will shape the future of emergency services, playing a vital role in creating a safer, more connected world.

Position Overview

Prepared is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to accelerate lead generation by activating and scaling our network of channel and reseller partners. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, this individual will own a crucial growth lever—sourcing, establishing, and building meaningful reseller partner relationships that drive high-quality leads and diversify Prepared’s sales pipeline.

You’ll be the brains and the driving force behind all of Prepared’s reseller partner relationships. You will also be the bridge between reseller partners and our sales team, ensuring that every qualified lead is followed through to close. This is a hands-on, externally-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on networking, cross-functional coordination, relationship-building, hustle, and making that number go up!

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Prepared’s reseller program, by sourcing and cultivating new reseller relationships

  • With high energy and hustle, proactively generate and qualify leads through these partners

  • Act as the “glue” between partner companies and Prepared’s Sales team, ensuring alignment, connection, and active opportunity generation

  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product to surface partner insights and shape joint go-to-market efforts

  • Occasional travel to deepen key partner relationships and support lead generation initiatives

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Proven experience in sales or partner/channel management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive pipeline growth through relationship-based selling and partner enablement

  • Familiarity with sales pipeline reporting and forecasting

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven—someone who “makes the magic happen” and gets partners excited to work with us

  • Thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly; startup experience is a strong plus

Bonus
  • Experience selling to or partnering with public safety agencies

  • Competitive by nature—whether in athletics or other team-driven challenges

Pay Transparency

The base pay for this role is $140,000-$146,000 per year + company equity + variable. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Prepared’s unlimited vacation program.
