Role Overview:

As a Solutions Engineer for Partnerships, you will serve as the technical and product expert for Oscilar’s strategic partners (OEM, resellers, technology/data providers, and consultants). You will combine deep technical fluency with strong partner-facing skills to help partners understand, integrate, and sell Oscilar as part of their ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, partner-facing, and cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Partnerships, Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Engagement
  • Act as the technical point of contact for strategic partners across OEM, reseller, and technology ecosystems.

  • Deliver tailored product demos, workshops, and enablement sessions for partner GTM and technical teams.

  • Collaborate with Partnerships leadership on partner onboarding, training, certification, and solution packaging.

  • Co-sell with partners: participate in joint customer calls, RFPs, and solution design sessions.

  • Build and maintain partner playbooks, integration guides, and enablement collateral in collaboration with Product Marketing.

  • Support partner-driven proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots to accelerate time-to-market.

Technical
  • Translate partner needs into joint solution architectures, showcasing how Oscilar integrates into their platform or stack.

  • Lead light-weight partner integrations (APIs, data connectors, workflow builds).

  • Deliver technical enablement to partner engineering and pre-sales teams.

  • Handle non-complex technical tasks directly:

    • API integrations

    • SQL queries/debugging

    • Python scripting

  • Work with Solutions Architects and Engineering for more complex integrations or roadmap items.

  • Serve as a technical liaison between partners and Oscilar’s Product & Engineering teams, bringing back feedback and requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Partner Engineering at a SaaS or fintech company.

  • Experience working with OEM/reseller or technology partners to drive joint technical enablement and GTM.

  • Technical proficiency in:

    • API integrations

    • SQL

    • Python

    • Familiarity with cloud technologies and public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Excellent communication skills in English — able to present confidently to both executives and technical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple partner priorities.

  • Track record of supporting revenue growth through technical enablement and joint selling motions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in fraud management, risk decisioning, AML, or compliance domains.

  • Experience with AI/ML SaaS products and how they embed into partner ecosystems.

  • Prior exposure to OEM or reseller GTM models (cores, LOS, BaaS, payments, etc.).

  • Startup experience in high-growth, partner-driven environments.
