ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Partner Solutions team leads the preparation and readiness workflow for all acquired and originally produced programming for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) portfolio. This is an outward-facing group, serving as one of the first touchpoints for productions and content partners; ensuring a seamless operational experience. Along with working directly with content partners, you'll also help build the policies and procedures that will guide the creation and display of content in DTC as our library increases in size, complexity, and diversity.
The team is hiring a Partner Solutions Manager to manage the successful end to end launch of DTC content, and their requisite programming assets, related metadata, and artwork. This role will support our Peacock proposition.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that interacts with external partners as well as internal teams across a range of executive levels. The successful candidate will understand the intricacies of working with TV and film content partners in delivering assets spanning numerous content types, genres (unscripted, scripted, news and sports, anime), and languages, plus have a general understanding of video encoding and asset preparation. Ability to work across multiple high-profile titles while juggling shifting delivery timelines is a must. Experience with multi-language assets such as captions, subtitles, dubs, audio descriptions, and metadata is even better.

- Lead external partner communications and onboarding with multiple content providers
- Project manage day-to-day content delivery from receipt to launch
- Manage internal requests, workflows, and content launch timelines with key stakeholders
- Expand and ideate solutions for efficiencies with the partner delivery process
- Work on cross-functional projects with tech, programming, and executives such as new language or feature requests
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a general understanding of video encoding and asset preparation and a great ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work across multiple high-profile titles while juggling shifting delivery timelines is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, media, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in media and entertainment, including 3+ years in streaming, digital distribution, or partner management
- Working knowledge of TV/film production, content delivery, asset management, and metadata practices
- Understand the post-production/technical side of media as well as understand and basic understanding of creative/artwork specs
- Proficiency with Airtable and Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project-management skills
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Programming, Production, Media Operations, and external partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Foundational understanding of content operations and/or workflows within a streaming environment
- Prior experience with localization & accessibility assets such as captions, subtitles, dubs, audio descriptions and metadata preferred
- Strong interest in the media and entertainment industry; prior experience in studio, network, or streaming environments
- Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving landscape
- Exceptional attention to detail & ability to multitask across multiple titles and partners
- Highly motivated, willing to learn new things, and ability to offer creative solutions
