Partner Success Manager, Community Impact

We are seeking a Partner Success Manager  to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Together, we are building stronger communities by getting students and colleges the resources they need to succeed and expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California. What You’ll Do 

• Serve as the primary internal project manager for assigned partner success initiatives, managing project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, documentation, and follow-up actions. 

• Coordinate project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts, ensuring timely follow-up, clear action items, accurate documentation, and alignment with established escalation protocols. 

•   Develop credibility as a trusted liaison with internal and external partners and drive continued value of our services. 

Attributes for Success  

• Practices ownership, takes accountability, and has the ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision. 

• Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both. 

• Minimum five (5) + years progressive experience in managing program/system implementation, or client/project management 

• Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred.
