About the Partner Success Manager Position 

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for successfully launching, managing, and growing strategic partnerships across Beacon Nonprofit, SnapMailbox, and 360 Legal Forms. 

Following contract execution, this role owns the partner relationship through onboarding, implementation, activation, and go-live. The Partner Success Manager works closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure partners are successfully launched and positioned for long-term success. 

After launch, this role manages ongoing partner performance and relationships, identifies opportunities to increase adoption and revenue, and works to expand partnerships across applicable products and brands.

What You’ll Do 

  • Take ownership of newly signed partnerships following the sales handoff and lead partners through onboarding, implementation, activation, and go-live. 
  • Develop and manage partner launch plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to support successful partner launches. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and maintain strong, productive relationships. 
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement, utilization, customer acquisition, and revenue. 
  • Conduct regular partner check-ins and business reviews with partners to discuss performance, opportunities, challenges, and next steps. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase partner adoption, revenue, and penetration across Beacon Nonprofit, SnapMailbox, and 360 Legal Forms. 
  • Proactively identify implementation or account risks and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues. 
  • Gather partner feedback and share product needs, operational insights, and growth opportunities with internal teams. 
  • Maintain accurate partner activity, implementation status, performance, opportunities, and next steps in HubSpot CRM. 
  • Help develop scalable processes for partner onboarding, activation, account management, and growth. 


What You’ll Need  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • Two or more years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, partner success, implementation, or a related B2B role. 
  • Experience managing business relationships through implementation, launch, and ongoing account management. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines. 
  • Strong relationship management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience identifying account growth, adoption, expansion, or cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Ability to analyze partner performance and translate data into clear actions and recommendations. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, or similar teams. 
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, technology, legal, financial, compliance, nonprofit, or professional services solutions preferred. 
  • Proficiency with CRM and account management platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools. 
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a results-driven remote environment.

Success in this role will be measured by: 

  • Successfully activating and launching newly signed partners. 
  • Reducing time from contract execution to go-live. 
  • Maintaining strong partner engagement and retention. 
  • Increasing revenue and customer acquisition from existing partnerships. 
  • Expanding partner adoption and penetration across applicable products and brands. 
  • Proactively identifying and resolving partner risks. 
  • Maintaining accurate partner records and account plans. 
  • Building scalable and repeatable partner success processes. 

Compensation 

Base Salary: Approximately $100,000 DOQ
