Partner Success Manager

The cruise industry is undergoing an unprecedented transformation and we are looking for a strategist who can turn current relationships into high-performance revenue engines while defining the future of the passenger experience.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the growth architect for a portfolio of global cruise line partners, acting as the primary lead to translate their business goals into measurable reality. Your day to day involves analyzing historical performance, building rigorous forecasts, and persuading partners to adopt new solutions to maximize their ancillary revenue. You will leverage AI to connect your research, account plans, and partner outreach, allowing you to surface data-driven expansion opportunities and competitive insights that others might miss. Working in a matrix-based approach, you will coordinate the involvement of key Plusgrade executives to drive account results and ensure seamless operational execution across your portfolio.

What You Bring

  • You possess a growth-oriented hunter mentality. You don't just maintain accounts, you actively look for ways to expand your footprint into new business groups within each customer.

  • You are a master of data-driven storytelling. You know how to turn complex numbers into strategic insights that push your partners to exceed their performance targets.

  • You navigate the travel ecosystem with ease, ideally with cruise line gravitas, and you have the technical savvy required to articulate our value proposition and product roadmap convincingly.

  • You are an elite negotiator and consensus builder. You know exactly when to push partners toward ambitious goals while maintaining a foundation of deep professional trust.

  • When it comes to AI, you have already connected multiple tools into repeatable workflows that produce high-quality account plans and market research with measurably less manual iteration.

Why Plusgrade

Plusgrade is the technology behind the upgrade offers, seat selections, and loyalty experiences you see when you book with the world's biggest airlines, hotels, and cruise lines. In this role, you are at the intersection of travel and finance, within a team defining the global travel tech standard rather than just following it. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to take full ownership of a strategic portfolio in a company that prioritizes results and autonomy. You will be surrounded by high-performers who move as fast as you do and you will have access to best-in-class AI tools to build new ways of working.
