The Opportunity:   

As a Partnerships Coordinator, you will be expected to thrive in a hard-charging environment and a role that is fluid and flexible.  This person should be incredibly organized, ready to learn, and hungry to achieve and make an impact. The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for managing Vivid Seats’ day-to-day relationships with a number of its most important partners, ensuring our partnerships are effective and our partners and customers have a great experience with us.  Also, this person will be expected to build exceptionally strong relationships while contributing culturally to the team and the company.  

How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:  

  • Manage and execute partnership agreements by ensuring all contractual obligations are met, including branding, activations, and order fulfillment 
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, developing strong relationships and maximizing the potential of each partnership 
  • Assist with the roll out of new product enhancements and partner onboardings 
  • Manage the technical implementations of new partnerships 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Engineering, Product, Customer Experience) to enhance our partnerships and solve challenges 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track key projects and progress towards deadlines 
  • Create and analyze reports focused on partnership success metrics in order to identify trends and make recommendations that drive increase in revenue 
  • Support the entire Partnerships and Business Development team on projects as needed 

How your role expectations will progress as a Partnerships Coordinator in the first 30, 90, and 180 days: 

30 days in 

  • Complete new hire orientation, gaining the resources you need to be successful. 
  • Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you’ll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. 
  • Acclimate to team and company norms, business objectives, and Vivid Seats values. 
  • Learn our various types of partnerships, their structure and day-to-day operational requirements 
  • Become familiar with department reporting, analytics, and internal tools 

90 days in 

  • Contribute to and enhance our approaches, methods, or technologies to mitigate risks and improve efficiencies. 
  • Build, maintain, and leverage internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives. 
  • Understand our different partner structures and be able to independently audit partner sites, coordinate assets and monitor project timelines. 
  • Own, create and analyze internal reports. 

180 days in 

  • Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impact the team. 
  • Play an active role in continued learning to advance skill sets necessary for team goals. 
  • Become a trusted point of contact and resource for partners to assist them and their needs and requirements 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Experience in account management, partnership marketing, and/or sales. 
  • Exceptional people skills with an innate ability to build relationships 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a laser focus on details 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient client service skills with an ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges 
  • Understanding of basic eCommerce concepts 
  • Ability to see things through to resolution 

Vivid Seats Pay Transparency Disclaimer: Full time offers from Vivid Seats include annual bonus incentives and equity for all employees; FLEX PTO; mental health days; medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K matching; monthly credits and discounts for attending live events; and a variety of additional workplace perks. The typical starting salary within the full salary range for this position can range. Factors which may affect starting salary include geographic market, relevant skills/experience, education, and other qualifications. 

Full Salary Range: $50,000- $60,000 USD
