Responsibilities
- Drive measurable sales outcomes through partnerships, with revenue impact serving as the ultimate measure of success.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with mid-market tech, software, and professional services firms.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partners that align with Quantum Rise's services, values, and target markets.
- Develop partnership structures that deliver ongoing value-such as referral agreements, co-delivery arrangements, or integration opportunities.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic partners, nurturing trust and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership to ensure alignment on partnership strategy and execution.
- Track partnership performance and implement systems for reporting, accountability, and ROI.
- Represent Quantum Rise at relevant events, meetups, and industry forums to network and promote our brand.
- Partner with marketing and sales to host strategic networking events, webinars, and other activities that engage the partnership ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances-preferably in consulting, AI/tech services, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to initiate and grow partnerships that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building from zero-to-one.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to relationship management and pipeline development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment with evolving priorities.
