- Ensure product information flows reliably from PIM into parts.cat.com (PCC), with consistency and accuracy across systems
- Translate customer confusion, data insights, and stakeholder input into clear, prioritized product improvements
- Drive resolution of issues that impact purchase accuracy, decision speed, and customer confidence
- Ensure catalog experiences support regional and multi-language needs, so customers see relevant and understandable information
- Lead the end-to-end scrum process, setting a clear agenda for engineering and UX partners while driving alignment with stakeholders to drive progress
