Lead receivables product solutioning for Global Corporate Bank clients by partnering with relationship teams to originate new business across check, cash, and digital payment channels to enhance the customer experience.
As a Receivables Product Solutions Director within J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB), you will be the receivables subject-matter expert throughout the end-to-end sales cycle while partnering closely with Global Corporate Bank coverage teams to originate and win new business. You will consult with clients to understand their operating model and objectives, translate needs into scalable receivables strategies, and design complex solutions across check, cash, and digital payment channels.
You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Client Service, Implementation, Operations, and Technology to align the right capabilities to each client’s requirements and ensure solutions are deliverable, competitive, and profitable. Success in this role requires strong market awareness—staying current on receivables trends, competitive dynamics, and client industry drivers—and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders from treasury practitioners through executive leadership.
- Lead client solutioning across the sales lifecycle by leveraging deep receivables product knowledge to identify opportunities, design client-tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Serve as a Receivables SME across solutions spanning check, cash, and digital payments, translating capabilities into clear value propositions and business outcomes.
- Partner with relationship teams on strategy including advisory support for strategic pricing to drive profitable growth and optimize deal economics.
- Oversee RFP responses end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, differentiation, and alignment to client requirements and internal capabilities.
- Capture and synthesize client feedback, sharing actionable insights with Product Management to identify roadmap priorities and future enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal partners (Client Service, Implementation, Operations, Technology) to ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and positioned for successful delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience in Treasury Services Sales, Receivables Product Management, or Relationship Management.
- Financial institution experience in sales, product management, or operations with lockbox, vault, smart safe, and/or digital payment channels.
- Demonstrated sales consulting capability—able to develop a thorough understanding of client goals, environment, strategy, and pain points to position the right solutions.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
- Proven problem-solving and solution design skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and create practical, client-ready outcomes.
- Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) - Certified Treasury Professional designation
