Scope & Impact
Serves as a strategic finance partner to the Program Management Office (PMO) and the broader finance organization, collaborating closely with executive leadership.
Facilitate direct P&L cost estimates across the PCS Technology, PCS Product Management, and PCS Program Mgmt Office teams, inclusive of a $250M program spend budget.
Partners with PCS Technology and PCS Product Management teams to ensure alignment with financial targets which supporting delivery of key operational and strategic priorities.
Significant influence on program spend and capital investment.
Regularly prepares and presents financial insights, recommendations, and updates to segment leadership.
Provides people leadership and development for one financial analyst.
Enables and advises on investment planning across the portfolio, including Installed Base, cost productivity initiatives, advanced technology development, and new product introductions.
Partners closely with program management and engineering teams to track spend, identify risks and opportunities, and support dynamic prioritization and reallocation of capital.
Provides financial oversight for field actions related to equipment in the installed base, partnering with program leadership to review associated costs and ensure accountability for execution.
Works in close partnership with supply chain leaders to provide financial guidance related to product holds, supplier challenges, and capacity constraints.
Drives change management within the finance organization, supporting the transition from legacy structures to a future‑state operating model in collaboration with FP&A, supply chain finance, and product finance teams.
Manages the review and approval process for purchase orders within the Program Management Office.
Continuously monitors balance sheet positions and partners with controllership to maintain strong financial controls, including accruals and reclassifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive corporate finance experience, including product line or program finance within a development, manufacturing, or complex operational environment, or graduate of a financial leadership program with 5 years of financial work experience.
Deep expertise in product and program finance, including product lifecycle management, investment planning, program spend governance, and portfolio trade‑off decision‑making.
Demonstrated experience partnering cross‑functionally with FP&A, regional finance, supply chain, engineering, product, and program management teams to drive informed business decisions.
Proven ability to manage large‑scale operational and investment spend, including monitoring risks and opportunities and supporting dynamic prioritization and reallocation of capital.
Experience providing financial oversight for complex operational issues, such as field actions, supply constraints, or product holds, with a strong focus on accountability and execution.
Track record of process optimization and change management, including transitioning legacy finance structures to future‑state operating models and leveraging digital or analytical concepts to improve efficiency.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex financial topics for senior leadership audiences.
- Prior people leadership experience, including managing direct reports and supporting professional development.
- Background in capital allocation, investment governance, or portfolio management within a global or matrixed organization.
- Exposure to manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, or other regulated environments, including financial support for field actions, quality initiatives, or compliance‑driven programs.Demonstrated success driving finance transformation initiatives, including standardization of processes, governance models, or digital/analytics‑enabled decision support.
