Summary: The Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Manager owns and leads the organization's Race4EveryKid virtual fundraiser and all peer-to-peer and crowdfunding campaigns from start to finish. This is a high-impact, results-driven role with a clear revenue mandate: grow Race4EveryKid to $1 million in gross revenue within three years. The ideal candidate comes from an organization where peer-to-peer fundraising is a primary revenue channel and brings hands-on experience across multiple P2P formats — virtual campaigns, walks, endurance events, DIY, and gaming/streaming fundraisers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Race4EveryKid Campaign Leadership

• Serve as the internal owner of the Race4EveryKid virtual fundraiser, managing every phase from strategic planning through post-campaign analysis and reporting.

• Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy to scale the Race to $1 million (from $400,000) in revenue within three years; set annual revenue, participation, and team recruitment goals and adjust strategy proactively based on performance.

• Provide input into annual campaign budgets, timelines, and revenue targets; produce detailed post-campaign analyses with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Participant & Team Engagement

• Build and implement robust recruitment and retention strategies for individual participants, fundraising teams, and returning constituents; maintain year-round relationships with key participants and volunteers.

• Develop and manage a corporate team program, cultivating relationships with companies to drive team participation, employee giving, and sustained brand investment in the campaign.

• Design engagement touchpoints, coaching resources, and incentive programs that motivate participants to fundraise at higher levels; provide one-on-one coaching to top fundraisers and team captains on proven P2P best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure participants have the resources, tools, and support needed to achieve their fundraising goals.

Sponsorship & Corporate Partnerships

• Identify, cultivate, and secure event sponsorships for Race4EveryKid and other campaigns; develop sponsorship packages that deliver measurable value to corporate partners.

• Build a pipeline of corporate partners beyond existing relationships; manage all sponsor deliverables, stewardship, and renewal conversations throughout the campaign cycle.

• Collaborate with Marketing to increase campaign visibility, promote sponsorship recognition, and engage the broader community.

Peer-to-Peer & Crowdfunding Portfolio

• Oversee all P2P and crowdfunding campaigns beyond Race4EveryKid, establishing best practices, revenue targets, and timelines for each.

• Stay current on platform capabilities, industry trends, emerging P2P models, and competitor campaigns to continuously elevate performance.

Operations & Reporting

• Manage campaign platforms, participant data, and CRM records to ensure accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.

• Utilize platform and CRM data to track recruitment pipelines, fundraising progress, retention rates, and revenue performance; develop dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategy

Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience at an organization where peer-to-peer fundraising is a primary revenue channel, with direct, hands-on responsibility for campaign execution and growth.

• Deep familiarity with the full spectrum of P2P fundraising models — endurance and walk events, virtual campaigns, DIY fundraising, and gaming/streaming; candidates should bring established best practices across multiple formats.

• Demonstrated track record of growing P2P or virtual campaigns, ideally to six- or seven-figure revenue levels.

• Experience securing sponsorships and managing corporate partnerships in a fundraising context.

• Ability to influence and deliver results through a consultative, relationship-driven approach; comfortable engaging C-suite corporate contacts and grassroots participants alike.

• Fluency with peer-to-peer fundraising platforms; experience with DonorDrive is a plus.

• Data-driven mindset; able to analyze campaign metrics and translate insights into action.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized; able to manage a complex, multi-month campaign with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; passion for the mission required.
