Job Description

The Dermatology RINVOQ Pipeline Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketing Manager will actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of brand P2P; product theatre and speaker bureau strategies, and tactical initiatives that support Derm pipeline HCP commercial objectives.  This individual will immerse themselves in the Rinvoq brand strategy and utilize educational storytelling to pull through the RINVOQ brand strategy for the pipeline indications. They will plan, execute, and create educational materials for various P2P marketing-initiatives and closely collaborate with Internal and External Agencies, and cross functional partners, such as: Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (MABI), Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC), US Commercial Compliance (USCC), Patient Services, Speaker Program Operations, Field Sales, and Business Services teams.  This individual will lead work with multiple agencies and manage a large budget. A key expectation is the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.  All program development and execution will require an awareness of both AbbVie P2P compliance rules and the ongoing Pharma industry compliance environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on marketing deliverables within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment, applying skills to analyze and execute marketing plans for franchise growth
  • Propose and recommend P2P strategies based on business direction, market dynamics, and data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver brand messaging, content, and programming in medical educational channels
  • Stay informed of market dynamics and trends affecting the franchise and business plans, particularly in the fast-paced atopic dermatology market
  • Develop market shaping strategies across medical education P2P channels for competitive event planning
  • Execute go-to-market plans for new RINVOQ indications, set strategic direction for agencies, and manage projects within timelines and budget constraints
  • Develop and submit comprehensive RINVOQ Derm Annual Operating Plan (AOP), meeting all communicated deadlines  
  • Drive sales force execution through clear communication and impactful training initiatives
  • Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to elevate organizational needs to drive business forward
  • Establish collaborative relationships with marketing peers to align brand strategies with marketing tactics
  • Support Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) in the execution of marketing tactics and programming
  • Assist in Derm Speaker Bureau management, including speaker training, optimization, utilization, and tracking KPIs and External Expert engagement
  • Manage significant P2P budget and AOP expectations
  • Navigate the Medical and Regulatory process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated use of organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products
