- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise with 10+ years of experience in Pega Smart Dispute and a strong background in the banking and financial services sector.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and clarify requirements.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across various teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
- Propose streamlined workflows and automation or redundancies.
- Ensuring the requirements align with business goals
- Ensure systems and processes comply with local and international regulations
- Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and updating the processes accordingly.
- Better understand the customer needs and preferences to deliver the right products and services for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Automation mindset for process optimizations, operational efficiency improvements.
- A motivated BA with a proven history of delivering the customer centric solutions across various domains in the Banking industry.
- Experience in any BPM tool, Pega skill is a bonus for this role.
- Experience in software development methodologies such as agile/Scrum.
