Job Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to build deep expertise across the full People function within one of the world's leading technology companies.
As part of Arm's global People Hub team, you'll provide first-line support to employees and managers across the business, ensuring every interaction is efficient, accurate, and people-focused. You'll guide employees through key moments in their employment lifecycle, respond to questions, continuously improve processes, and keep our People Hub knowledge up to date to enable and promote seamless self-service.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and work to resolve all first line People queries, providing superb customer service through the live chat and cases
  • Triage and direct non-routine or complex queries to the appropriate team members within the Arm People Group for input, collaboration, research and ultimately - resolution
  • Support People Team with improvements to People Hub content and processes based on data analysis and feedback from internal customers
  • Support new joiners through their onboarding process into Arm
  • Processing changes within Success Factors, our HRIS - such as lateral moves, leave of absence, terminations, data changes or corrections
  • Ensure data integrity for all employee and company records through a well-maintained and well-organized process
  • Champion and support the strategic execution and achievement of all local, regional, and global People Enablement goals, priorities, and objectives

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and a strong customer service mind set
  • Strong global perspective working across multiple geographies, time zones, cultures and business groups
  • Excellent attention to detail while guiding of tasks through to completion
  • Proactive approach delivering results must be a self-starter with learning agility
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and planning skills
  • Confident to make suggestions that will enhance processes and promote partnership and teamwork
  • Solid grasp of data compliance and confidentiality including GDPR and HIPPA regulations

Salary Range:
$59,900-$81,100 per year
