About the Role

As a People Operations Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution quality. You will support onboarding, HR documentation, HR systems, attendance and benefits administration—making sure processes run smoothly and data is always correct. This role is well-suited for someone who values precision, consistency, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers, and other standard HR records.

  • Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems, ensuring all updates are completed on time.

  • Support onboarding execution by preparing documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring Day 1 readiness with relevant teams.

  • Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records, flagging discrepancies and supporting payroll-related reporting.

  • Support benefits administration including insurance enrolment, updates, and claims coordination.

  • Assist with offboarding execution, including clearance processes, system access removal, asset return tracking, and final documentation.

  • Support HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

What You Will Need
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation.

  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows.

  • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
