Black Girl Vitamins is hiring 2 to 3 interns to support high-volume, performance-driven paid social creative.
This role sits at the intersection of design and growth. You will produce and iterate on conversion-focused creative using AI-powered tools to increase testing velocity. The goal is measurable impact on clicks, conversion rate, and revenue.
This is not an AI engineering role. You will use AI tools to accelerate creative production and experimentation.
Ideal for undergraduate or graduate students in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Media who want direct exposure to performance marketing.
What You’ll DoDesign static paid social ads in 4:5, 9:16, and 1:1 formats
Produce multiple creative variations weekly for structured A/B testing
Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, copy variations, and visual iterations
Build modular templates for offers, bundles, and promotions
Iterate quickly based on performance data
Collaborate with the growth team to refine hooks, messaging, and layout
Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
Experience with product or e-commerce creative preferred
Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to increase speed and output
Curious about what drives clicks and conversions
Portfolio required
Direct exposure to paid media testing strategy
Experience designing for conversion, not just aesthetics
Fast feedback loops tied to real performance metrics
• $25 - $30 per hour
• 10–20 hours per week
