Primary Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Planning & Management: Develop, execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels, tactics, and audiences. Responsibilities include creative development, messaging, landing page management, QA testing, and ensuring campaign compliance with relevant regulations. 
  • CRM Platform Management: Manage and optimize HubSpot (or equivalent CRM platform) to support campaign execution, lead tracking/scoring, and marketing automation. This includes building and maintaining backend automations such as workflows, nurture sequences, lead routing, and integrations with other marketing and sales technology tools. 
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing programs via Hubspot to nurture leads, support pipeline growth and optimize lead scoring methodology, including audience segmentation, copy, creative, automation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.  
  • Campaign Reporting: Leverage reporting dashboards and campaign analytics to communicate results to stakeholders.   
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor digital marketing tactics and presence to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. 
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners including digital marketing agency, media partners, and other vendors.  
  • Project Management: Coordinate and project manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities across teams and executing deliverables to completion on time. Use project management tools and software for streamlined execution.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and other business units to execute digital marketing initiatives. Communicate campaign tactics, performance and results to key stakeholders. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across the organization by serving as a collaborative partner who balances marketing goals with broader business priorities. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Industry Background: 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing and paid media, preferably within a financial services organization. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in HubSpot (or similar CRM), HTML email template creation, marketing automation platforms, paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.), and AI-enabled marketing tools. 
  • Precision & Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy across all aspects of campaign execution. Able to deliver with consistency, maintaining high standards of quality even when managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to share the impact of marketing tactics to diverse stakeholders. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Takes initiative to solve problems, implement solutions and improve processes. Drives hands-on execution at the campaign level and broader marketing level.  
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fluid, rapidly changing environment. Approaches new challenges as opportunities for innovation.   

Compensation Range:

$75,000 - $100,000
