This role will support the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid and performance-oriented campaigns across multiple channels, helping Xplor connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable business impact.

The Performance Marketing Specialist will support multiple product brands across industries including golf and club, fitness, and/or recreation. This is an ideal role for a marketer who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution, understands how to translate business goals into measurable performance outcomes, and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

Reporting into the Web/CEO/SEM Director, this role partners closely with vertical marketing demand gen managers, product managers, creative, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and optimize programs that generate awareness, demand, and qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other digital channels
  • Support campaign planning by translating business goals into channel tactics, targeting strategies, testing plans, and performance benchmarks
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, budget pacing, asset coordination, and quality assurance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and return on investment
  • Partner with vertical teams to develop and test messaging, offers, landing pages, ad creative, and calls to action that improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with RevOps to support campaign tracking, attribution, lead flow, and reporting accuracy
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help communicate campaign performance and insights to marketing stakeholders
  • Support full-funnel optimization by evaluating performance across inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creative, copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and conversion paths
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, reduce waste, and scale high-performing programs
  • Stay current on channel best practices, platform changes, privacy shifts, and emerging trends in digital acquisition and demand generation
  • Use AI-enabled marketing tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, accelerate analysis, support campaign ideation, and enhance optimization efforts, while applying strong human judgment, data rigor, and brand standards
