The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned performance marketer with strong strategic instincts and excellent client-facing presence. This role is not purely executional — it requires someone who can own acquisition strategy, manage meaningful budgets, and confidently lead conversations with brand founders and senior operators.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Communication
- Serve as a client-facing performance lead
- Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
- Proactively surface risks and opportunities
- Create and present performance reports to Brand stakeholders
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Manage multi-channel paid media budgets for $5M+ e-commerce brands and lead gen businesses.
- Lead a team of paid specialists across Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads
Performance Ownership
- Own LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS performance narratives
- Collaborate on forecasting and budget planning
- Own new customer / lead growth, delivering client expectations
Required Experience
- 4+ years in paid media / performance marketing
- Prior client-facing experience
- Experience with e-commerce and CPG brands ($1M+ revenue)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
