- At least 4 years of experience in Performance test strategy and test Design
- At least 4 years of experience in Performance test execution analysis & reporting.
- Expertize in developing Test estimations and implement them.
- Strong expertise in Test tools – JMeter, HP Loadrunner, ALM, Rally
- Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Should have Strong leadership skills
- Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology etc.
- Communication and Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
