Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services in Golang. Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams, implement TDD, work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensure high availability and security in cloud environments, and participate in the full software development lifecycle.
This is a remote position.
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Golang.
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on test-driven development.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Ensure high availability and security of backend services in a cloud environment.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Golang.
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Relational and non-relational database knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Test-driven development.
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of Cloud and Security concepts.
