This is a remote position.

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using NodeJS. 
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. 
  • Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability. 
  • Implement and maintain database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. 
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices. 
  • Use test-driven development to ensure high-quality software. 
  • Work within an agile team to deliver features and improvements continuously. 
  • Perform other related duties as required. 


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on NodeJS. 
  • Experience using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. 
  • Relational and non-relational database knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 
  • Experience with Test-driven development. 
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field. 
  • Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies. 
  • Good knowledge of Cloud and Security concepts.
