We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Coordinator to support our Downtown Chicago office. This onsite role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our team has what they need to move cases forward.
What you will do:
- Sort, open, and distribute all incoming mail and deliveries daily
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including certified mail and courier shipments
- Scan, upload, and route documents into internal systems accurately and timely
- Maintain mail logs and tracking for time-sensitive or legal correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper document handling and routing
- Manage mailroom supplies such as envelopes, labels, and postage
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used appropriately
- Handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion

Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
Preferred:
- 1–2+ years of administrative, mailroom, or office experience
- Experience in a law firm, medical office, or professional environment
- Familiarity with scanning or document management systems
