  • Coordinate with vendors for janitorial, maintenance, security, supplies, repairs, and other office related needs.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, office events, luncheons, meetings, catering, room setup, and cleanup.
  • Help maintain practical office procedures, checklists, and internal office resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office workflows, vendor follow up, and internal request handling.
  • Provide professional and responsive support to employees, visitors, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in office management, office coordination, administrative operations, facilities coordination, hospitality management, or a related role.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, supplies, facilities requests, office events, or workplace logistics.
  • Prior supervisory, lead, or team coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, follow through, and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
  • Comfort working with employees, managers, vendors, building personnel, and external partners.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
  • Ability to work onsite at 200 W. Madison and travel to the Beverly office as needed.
