We are an early-stage veterinary technology company developing a new digital platform designed to solve a common pain point in veterinary medicine and improve connectivity between general practice (GP) and emergency (ER) veterinary hospitals.

As we prepare to launch our pilot program in the Chicago market, we are looking for an outgoing, professional Pilot Program Sales Coordinator to help introduce the platform to local veterinary practices and build relationships with potential pilot clinics. This is a PART-TIME role, expected to be about 20 hours per week. We anticipate this role will initially be needed for the first six months following launch, with the potential to extend beyond that timeframe based on the needs and growth of the business.

THE ROLE:

This is a field-based outreach role ideal for someone who is comfortable walking into veterinary clinics, starting conversations, and building relationships.

You will visit veterinary practices throughout the Chicago area to introduce the platform, connect with practice managers, medical directors, veterinarians, and other decision-makers, and generate interest in participating in our pilot program.

This is an early-stage opportunity where you will work directly with the founder and play an important role in bringing a new veterinary technology platform to market.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Visit veterinary clinics throughout the Chicago area to introduce the platform and upcoming pilot program

Identify and connect with practice managers, medical directors, veterinarians, and other key decision-makers

Provide a concise introduction to the platform and communicate its value to veterinary teams

Generate interest and identify clinics that may be a good fit for the pilot program

Collect contact information and coordinate follow-up conversations or demonstrations

Maintain organized records of clinic visits, contacts, conversations, and follow-up opportunities

Gather feedback from veterinary professionals about the platform and pilot program

Communicate regularly with the founder regarding outreach progress, clinic feedback, and potential opportunities

Help refine outreach messaging based on real-world conversations with veterinary teams

COMPENSATION:

This position offers a competitive hourly base rate plus commission for successful clinic enrollments. The compensation structure is designed to provide reliable hourly pay while rewarding strong outreach, relationship-building, and pilot program growth. Additional performance-based incentives may be available based on results.
