As a End User Technology Technician at Ahold-Delhaize USA, you will be responsible for testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various applications, equipment and systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all technical operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and updates on applications and systems.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues promptly.
• Install and configure new equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs in Service Now CMDB.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field.
• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Collaboration applications and tools best in the industry, understanding technical systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $ 75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $ 86,320 - $129,480

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
