When you’re the best, we’re the best. We instill an environment where employees feel engaged, satisfied and able to contribute their unique skills and talents while living and working as their authentic selves. We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.

Summary:

In this role, you will independently own defined internally facing platform capabilities or a substantial workstream within a larger platform domain, with a strong focus on execution. You will own the backlog, requirements, and adoption of reusable rules and workflow engine capabilities while partnering closely with engineering and internal users to translate business logic into scalable, configuration-driven platform functionality. You will operate in an AI-first product delivery model, leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements development, communication, validation, and delivery support, driving adoption, consistency, and measurable business value across product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product backlog and near-term roadmap for assigned internal platform capabilities, including reusable rules engines, workflow automation, data enablement, AI workflow support, developer experience, identity patterns, configuration services, and shared UI and product standards.
  • Conduct discovery with internal users to understand workflow pain points, technical needs, adoption barriers, value opportunities, and opportunities to improve delivery through AI-first practices.
  • Translate business logic, operational processes, and internal user needs into scalable, configuration-driven platform capabilities by developing user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, prompt and context artifacts, and validation approaches.
  • Balance platform priorities across internal client needs, engineering capacity, architecture direction, governance requirements, risk considerations, and emerging AI-assisted development opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering leads, architects, AI Delivery, security, data, and design teams to sequence work, resolve dependencies, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver reusable platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams using agentic coding tools, AI-assisted development environments, and AI-supported testing, documentation, and validation workflows to improve delivery quality and speed.
  • Support implementation planning, release readiness, documentation, validation, and adoption activities using efficient, outcome-focused delivery practices.
  • Track platform usage, adoption, client satisfaction, cycle-time improvements, reuse, quality, and other agreed-upon outcomes to continuously refine backlog priorities and improve platform performance.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce internal friction, improve self-service, and increase consistency across product and engineering teams through reusable platform capabilities.
  • Develop guidance, demonstrations, and enablement resources that help internal users successfully adopt platform capabilities within AI-first product and engineering workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Typically possesses 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, platform products, workflow automation, business process management (BPM), rules engines, enterprise technology, AI-enabled workflows, or platform enablement.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner or Product Manager with responsibility for product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative product delivery.
  • Experience with rules engines, workflow automation platforms, business process management (BPM), configuration-driven products, or similar enterprise platform technologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes and requirements into scalable technical solutions through close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Codex/ChatGPT, Claude Code/Co-Work, GitHub Copilot/Copilot Studio, and emerging agentic coding environments to improve product discovery, requirements, documentation, analysis, and communication.
  • Ability to independently manage a defined platform capability or workstream while balancing internal client value, technical feasibility, governance, responsible AI expectations, and delivery priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of improving platform adoption, reuse, quality, efficiency, or speed-to-value.
