Full-Time - 5-10 Years

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain backend systems using a variety of programming languages.

· Contribute to projects involving Generative AI or AI technologies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.

· Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across different technology stacks.

Requirements

· 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.

· Demonstrated experience with multiple backend programming languages.

· Experience with Generative AI or AI technologies.

· Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory Skills

· Proven experience with at least two backend programming languages from the following: 

Polyglot (React, FullStack exp, Python, FastAPI and MongoDB and AWS and AI (RAG, LLMs)

· Generative AI/AI Experience

Desirable Skills

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Microservices architecture

· Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

· Database management (SQL, NoSQL)

· API design and development

· Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.

· Experience contributing to open-source projects.

· Certifications in AI/ML or specific programming languages.
