At FCP Euro, the Porsche Marketing Lead plays a key role in connecting our products and solutions with the communities and customers who can benefit from them. Drawing on industry knowledge, marketing experience, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of automotive mechanics, you will serve as a crucial link between FCP Euro and our customers. Your insights will help shape both product and marketing strategies, guiding critical decision-making processes as part of the larger Porsche Product Team. You'll ensure our marketing campaigns, based on (GTM) Go To Market and (MPS) Market Penetration Strategy, resonate with and are communicated to these specific audiences, including key repairs and product placements. The ideal candidate will have experience working across different teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, excelling at meeting deadlines.
Day to day, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and make specific content, social media, email marketing campaigns, and community events. In addition, you'll manage the Porsche Team’s annual Market Penetration Strategies, a critical aspect of FCP Euro’s growth initiatives for your assigned make. Working alongside Content, On Screen Mechanics, and Porsche Product Team, you’ll research, script, and create a variety of technical content, including buyer’s guides, technical guides, model landing pages, and more. The Porsche Marketing Lead will also serve as on-screen talent for technical diagnostic videos, buyer’s guides, select promotional content, and more.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Own Make/Model Market Penetration Strategy (MPS): Develop, execute, and optimize the strategy to increase make/model-level penetration, performance, and growth.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Align Product, Marketing, Content, Sales, and Operations teams around make-specific goals, outcomes, and success metrics.
  • Develop MPS Documentation & Content Strategy: Create foundational MPS genesis documentation and define and deliver a comprehensive make-level content strategy.
  • Serve as Make-Level Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the internal authority for assigned makes, guiding strategy, execution, and decision-making.
  • Ensure Product & Content Accuracy: Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing content.
  • Lead Make-Level Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Create foundational GTM strategy for make-specific launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives
  • Create GTM Plans & Strategic Briefs: Develop detailed GTM plans and cross-functional briefs outlining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Monitor Market Trends & Insights: Track market trends, pricing, competitive activity, and repair patterns; synthesize insights into actionable reporting and recommendations.

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years working in the Automotive and/or Marketing industries, with extensive hands-on Make-Specific knowledge and technical understanding of Porsche vehicles and the communities that own them
  • Excellent written communication for internal and external audiences, with the ability to translate complex technical information for varying customer proficiency levels 
  • Proficient in brand and product marketing techniques and strategies to drive customer awareness and revenue
  • Proficient in using data analytics to optimize and analyze marketing initiatives and shape future performance
  • Project management experience; able to build alignment cross-functionally and drive results
  • Able to perform on camera in long and short-form video, to engage and connect with the Porsche automotive community
  • Creative, solutions-based mindset 
  • Google Suite/ Microsoft Office
  • Bachelors preferred
  • This role is based onsite at our headquarters in Milford, CT.  15% travel required for events and event support

Compensation
This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $88,000 to $132,000 annually.
