We are seeking a Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and tactical management of our product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and implementing portfolio-related marketing strategies, monitoring pricing compliance, and ensuring product positioning aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to execute tactical plans that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy and Price Compliance:

Develop and implement portfolio-related marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Conduct regular portfolio analysis to identify opportunities and optimize profitability.

Price analysis, monitoring customer compliance with pricing corridors to ensure alignment with company policies.

Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, regulations, and the competitive landscape for the portfolio.

Analyze customer needs and preferences across different segments to inform portfolio strategy.

Product Positioning:
-
Collaborate with the Global Product team to define and oversee local value positioning, messaging, and branding for the portfolio.

Ensure consistent and effective communication across all marketing channels.
Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of products in the portfolio, from launch to discontinuation, with assistance from the Global Product Team.
- Coordinate with product development teams on new product introductions and enhancements.
- Go-to-Market Plans:
- Organize and implement new product go-to-market launch strategies.
- Collaborate with Area Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Training, and Sales Teams to ensure successful execution.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the marketing and sales performance of the product portfolio.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Organize and implement adjustments to strategy and tactics as needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product or portfolio management.

Proven track record of successful product launches and portfolio management.

Skills:
-
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Other Requirements
Travel:

Will require travel up to 20% for product launches, customer meetings, and team collaboration.
