Location: Remote
Compensation: Paid $15- $20 per hour, 20 hours per week.  

Overview 

This PR/Marketing Intern role reports to the Head of Brand and Marketing Activation. You'll gain hands-on experience across all marketing portfolios, giving you solid understanding of how these functions work together to drive integrated campaigns and support company-wide initiatives. We'll provide training on tools and processes, and you're welcome to supplement learning through online resources as well. 

Responsibilities 

PR & Outreach 

  • Research and identify relevant influencers and podcasts in the LMS space using AI tools; match each to a tailored pitch and appropriate Litmos spokesperson 
  • Coordinate podcast interviews and create briefing documents for each designated spokesperson 
  • Draft press releases for leadership review and upload to newswire services 
  • Research award opportunities, prepare submissions and supporting materials 

Website & Content 

  • Optimize YouTube channel with SEO-focused titles, descriptions, and metadata 
  • Update and maintain marketing pages on WordPress 
  • Keep company information current across third-party platforms and directories 
  • Support SEO/AEO work including link fixes and optimization 

Research & Analytics 

  • Conduct market and competitive research to support marketing initiatives 
  • Track and gather marketing metrics; compile reports with key insights 

Operations 

  • Organize and maintain internal marketing resources and documentation 
  • Support other marketing projects and initiatives as needed 

What We're Looking For 

  • AI fluent — familiar with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for drafting and research; excited to expand into creating skills and agents 
  • Problem solver — proactive about finding solutions without waiting for direction 
  • Positive attitude — maintains energy and enthusiasm across the role 

Required Qualifications 

  • Pursuing or have completed a degree related to marketing, communications, or PR 
  • Some basic experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, chatgpt) is required 
  • WordPress, LinkedIn, and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana) experience preferred but not required
