The Pre-Sales Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales organization by assisting with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), client presentations, and other pre-sales documentation. This role works closely with Sales Directors, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to prospective clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong written communication skills. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and are eager to learn about the organization's products, services, and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities· Assist in the preparation and completion of RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires, and other sales support materials.
· Draft, edit, and proofread proposal responses, executive summaries, cover letters, and client-facing documents.
· Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information needed for proposal responses and sales materials.
· Maintain and update the proposal content library and knowledge management systems.
· Ensure proposal submissions are accurate, well-formatted, and completed within established deadlines.
· Support sales teams in developing customized responses and presentations for prospective clients.
· Track proposal deadlines, requirements, and deliverables using project management tools and processes.
· Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, templates, and content accuracy.
· Assist with special projects and administrative activities related to the sales cycle and business development efforts.

RequirementsWork ExperienceRequired
· 0 to 2 years of professional experience in sales support, business operations, marketing, communications, administration, customer service, or related field.
· Internship, co-op, or project experience involving business writing, research, or document management is preferred.
Preferred· Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, bids, or client-facing business communications.
· Exposure to healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, wellness, or technology industries.
EducationRequired· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, english, health administration, or a related field.
Preferred· Experience using AI tools
· Recent graduates with strong academic achievement and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills and KnowledgeRequired· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
