The On Premise Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor relationships, and executing market strategy across the On Premise channel within an assigned territory.

This role will work closely with distributor partners and key On Premise accounts (bars, restaurants, nightlife venues, and high-volume locations) to expand distribution, increase rate of sale, and ensure strong in-market execution.

In addition to owning the On Premise business, this role will play a key part in elevating execution across the broader market by partnering with distributor teams and supporting cross-channel alignment.

This is a highly visible, field-based role that requires strong relationship management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Core Responsibilities

Territory Ownership & Execution

  • Own and drive the On-Premise business across an assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and key On Premise accounts
  • Expand distribution and increase velocity through consistent in-market execution
  • Ensure strong brand presence through menu placement, visibility, and point-of-sale execution
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow volume in priority accounts and channels
  • Protect and grow top-performing accounts through ongoing engagement and execution

Distributor Management & Business Planning

  • Manage relationships across multiple distributor partners within the territory
  • Partner with distributor teams to align on priorities, execution standards, and growth opportunities
  • Lead and participate in key business meetings including sales meetings and business reviews
  • Utilize sales data, depletion reports, and market insights to identify opportunities and drive action plans
  • Support forecasting, inventory management, and pricing strategies to ensure business continuity

Market Development & Brand Building

  • Execute local programming, activations, and events to drive consumer engagement and trial
  • Support point-of-sale strategy and ensure effective placement across key accounts
  • Identify new account opportunities and partnerships within the On-Premise channel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring national initiatives to life at the market level

Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Partner with distributor sales teams to support execution and alignment across channels
  • Provide guidance and training to expand On Premise knowledge and capabilities within the market
  • Participate in ride-alongs and field coaching to support overall sales effectiveness

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key business metrics including distribution, rate of sale, and account performance
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM reporting for all in-market activity
  • Deliver regular updates and performance recaps to internal leadership and distributor partners
  • Identify gaps and opportunities and take proactive action to drive results

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in beverage alcohol sales (On Premise experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding distribution
  • Strong understanding of distributor operations and market execution
  • Experience working with data and analytics to inform decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Ability to influence and build relationships without direct authority

Additional Requirements

  • Must reside within assigned territory
  • Ability to travel regularly within the market
  • Valid driver’s license

Salary: $70,000-$80,000
