Job Description:
Summary
The Financial Analyst position will be responsible for completing and coordinating pricing activities in support of Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). Price deals for various product lines including full service lease, programmed maintenance and lease finance.
Specific job functions and responsibilities include:
Supports the FMS national and local sales team with the pricing of new and existing business, ensuring Ryder signs profitable contracts.
Provides financial and general business support to the sales and operations teams.
Performs accurate and meaningful analyses.
Structures the financial aspects of a deal.
Assesses and incorporates risks into pricing models.
Delivers well documented, timely and complete customer pricing.
Ensures deals adhere to product and company strategy.
Develops and manages relationships with the Ryder field organizations and other HQ groups.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field is required.
Excellent analytical skills and strong creative ability.
Project coordination skills. Self-starter with the ability to derive innovative solutions with some direction.
Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MS Excel is preferred.
One to two years of finance/accounting/business experience is preferred.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
