Function:

SalesJob Summary:

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for different aspects of Master Data Management including Contracts, Customers, Ship To’s and Pricing. The incumbent will be responsible for: Updating Forward and Cash price lists; Supporting daily operations of international sales; Collaborating with multiple departments to meet compliance requirements; and Managing the Customer Master Data in the appropriate computer systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the issuance of rail demurrage charges; gathering monthly reports; and assisting in resolving discrepancies from customers by working with the transportation group

• Assists with managing customer, mergers, buyouts, and account creation/deactivation

• Responsible for creation and maintenance of SAP/Salesforce Customer Master Data including:

  • Sold To’s
  • Ship To’s
  • Plants/Terminals
  • Sales Personnel
  • Account Specialist Regions
  • Certifications for Hazardous Materials such as Ammonium Nitrate and Ammonia in Canada
  • Legal Agreement Records
  • Data for other departments as needed

• Responsible for monitoring and processing Salesforce cases to ensure timely and efficient completion

• Support International Sales with restricted party screening and Destination Control Statements (DCS)

• Provides backup support for uploading all sales pricing into Salesforce and work closely with VP, Product Managers and Account Managers to ensure pricing is loaded accurately and efficiently

• Secures proper approvals for floor price changes

• Maintains AGIIS database to allow CF to keep Ecommerce Customer Master data up to date

• Maintains Legal Agreement Database in collaboration with Internal Audit/Compliance

• Maintains Price List Visibility by Product, Mode and Plant which also grants rights to being sent published pricing upon price list publications

• Maintains incentive agreements; responsible for issuing credit resolutions by gathering and analyzing monthly and yearly shipping reports

• Assists with CF Policy review and updates

• Assists account specialists with daily responsibilities as needed

• Assists with systems testing including SAP, Salesforce and other third-party vendor systems CF interfaces with.

Successful incumbents will have:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent, preferred

• One to two years’ experience within a Marketing and/or Inside Sales, Customer Service or Sales Analysis environment

• Good organization, administrative and task management skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Must be able to exercise independent judgement within established guidelines.

• Able to operate in a Windows environment with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other proprietary system experience is a plus (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, etc.)

• Operating knowledge of CF products (NH3, Urea, UAN, DEF/UL or AN)

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $60,300 - $79,500

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.

In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a potential of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer’s contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
