Pricing Analyst

Roadtex Transportation has become a leader in the nationwide LTL industry, specializing in transporting time and temperature-sensitive products. We handle refrigerated and LTL needs by leveraging no sailing schedules, our nationwide network of 32 strategically placed temperature-controlled facilities, our state-of-the-art tracking, and our specialized equipment and warehousing capabilities. In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics. The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain all tariffs in current system (Roadvision)
• Communicate with Echo on all Echo-specific pricing to ensure Roadvision and Echo’s system (Optimizer) are in sync at all times
• Analyze profitability of any / all customers
• Assist Sales with analyses and completion of RFPs
• Build Customer-specific pricing structures
• Maintain general blanket rates
• Assist Rating team with exception quoting

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient in visual analytics (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Self-motivated
• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Willing to travel 5% of the year.

Work environment/physical demands summary:

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. This role can be remote, or in person in an Echo office. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions and changes in direction throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
