Salary range is:

$78,555.51 - $110,000.00

The RoleWe are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to manage, measure, and report on our pricing performance to help optimize and evolve our pricing models across our portfolio. This role supports revenue strategy with accurate reporting and enables leadership to make data-driven decisions. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to maintain high-quality pricing data and deliver insights that support pricing optimization and business growth.


 

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Data Management & Reporting

  • Create and deliver recurring pricing reports, dashboards, and metrics including target price realization, price/volume/mix impact, discounting trends, product adoption, and pricing compliance.
  • Ensure data accuracy across pricing systems and proactively identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Support audits of historical pricing, contracts, and renewals.

Insights & Analysis

  • Analyze pricing performance trends across segments, geographies, and products.
  • Analyze historical sales data, customer segmentation, and product usage to identify pricing opportunities and risks
  • Track discount usage, deal velocity, and pricing exceptions to support revenue optimization.
  • Provide insights into pricing effectiveness, customer behavior, and product value realization.
  • Assist in modeling the impact of pricing changes or promotional campaigns
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for pricing changes, discount structures, and promotional strategies.


     

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue operations, or similar roles—preferably in SaaS or subscription businesses.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
    • Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, NRR).
    • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

    Preferred

    • Experience with usage-based pricing or consumption billing models.
    • Familiarity with CRM and billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora, Chargebee).
    • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
    • SQL or data querying capabilities.
