Direct Uline’s comprehensive pricing strategy. As Pricing Analytics Manager, you’ll manage the pricing analytics team, enhancing reporting and analysis capabilities. Use these insights to make actionable recommendations to support our growing Sales team!

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine discounting strategies based on growth goals, market trends and competitive analysis.

  • Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.

  • Communicate results to senior leaders with actionable insights, including facilitating quarterly pricing steering committee meetings.

  • Direct projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executive Operations.

  • Support the configuration and management of the proprietary software that produces pricing recommendations.

  • Mentor Uline analysts on sales quoting data analysis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. Master's degree preferred.

  • 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with experience managing and developing a team.

  • Expertise in using tools, such as Excel or SQL, to interpret complex data and provide insights.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.
