The Pricing and Proposals Lead – Respiratory Solutions is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and high‑quality pricing and proposal documents to support business development activities for respiratory clinical trials and programs.
This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Science, and other cross‑functional teams to interpret client requirements, evaluate pricing strategies, and deliver compliant proposal documentation within required timelines.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop pricing, proposals, Descriptions of Service, and Change Orders using Clario and client templates, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders as needed
- Read, analyze, and interpret client Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and study protocols in collaboration with functional team owners
- Coordinate pricing reviews for large and/or complex trials or programs to determine optimal pricing strategies in partnership with Sales, Finance, Product Leads, and Science teams
- Deliver high‑quality, accurate proposal and pricing documents within established timelines
- Perform peer reviews of pricing and proposal documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Maintain accurate budget and project information in internal systems and ensure proper document storage in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Contribute to process and template improvement initiatives, including supporting updates as needed
- Support interdepartmental initiatives, including training
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Required respiratory clinical trial experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant life sciences experience
- Working knowledge of the medical and pharmaceutical industry, terminology, and practices
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
